Nations of Sky Project overview
In November 2026, Tatweer Misr signed a strategic partnership with Nations of Sky, the real estate and urban development arm of the Future of Egypt Authority for Sustainable Development, to develop an integrated coastal project on a 400-feddan plot on the North Coast.
It is Tatweer Misr's fourth North Coast destination after Fouka Bay, D-Bay and Salt, with Tatweer Misr leading the development of the land. The signing was attended by Dr. Ahmed Shalaby, CEO and Managing Director of Tatweer Misr, and Eng. Tamer Nabil, Vice Chairman of Nations of Sky.
